Ryan will provide leadership and direction across operations, client relationships, and project delivery. He will oversee resources, support collaboration among teams, and maintain a shared commitment to quality and client success.

Andrea will consult and collaborate with client, project leaders and team to design and specify creative, functional solutions. She will create drawings and renderings. She will engage with stakeholders to execute quality design solutions in line with client and project requirements.

Merissa will consult and collaborate with client, project leaders and team to design and specify creative, functional solutions. She will create drawings and renderings. She will engage with stakeholders to execute quality design solutions in line with client and project requirements.

Leslie collaborates with project stakeholders and Henricksen’s architectural solutions team to develop solutions to meet the needs of our clients.

Janet will manage project logistics inclusive of planning, implementation and coordination across project teams, and closeout. She will oversee field verifications and installation partners. She will maintain quality and smooth workflow in line with project requirements and timeline, facilitating exceptional client experiences and outcomes.

Darlene will serve as main support to the project leaders and team throughout the project. She will provide proposal, order entry and reporting support. She will execute scheduling and logistics functions to drive quality project outcomes and service.

Lauren provides technical product and solutioning expertise to align furniture strategies with customer goals. In collaboration with dealer partners and internal teams, she translates Allsteel’s design and manufacturing capabilities into practical, tailored solutions that help deliver the best possible outcome for the project.

Mary Kate will assist with product selection and solution development and ensure resource and service availability. She will provide education on product, workplace, and application trends.

As Regional Manager, Christine provides oversight to the Allsteel Midwest Team and drives strategic initiatives in partnership with Henricksen. She is the direct link to all levels of Allsteel Leadership and is passionate about delivering a positive project experience from our collective teams. Christine joined Allsteel in 2015 and brings more than 15 years of experience in the design/construction industry.
